Operational procedures
- Radio certificate with valid language level endorsement
- Valid medical certificate
- Personal logbook, which can document the requirement of 3 take-offs
and landings within 90 days (if VFR night: one of the landings must be
carried out at night)
6.3.5.1 Performance of duty – requirements for the crew
No one may perform or attempt to perform duty on an aircraft if the person
concerned has a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20 ‰ or more.
You may not perform or attempt to perform duties on an aircraft if you are:
- impaired
- overexerted
- sleep-deprived
- under the influence of stimulants or anesthetics
6.3.5.2 Passenger flights
11.3 If passengers are carried, the commander must have performed at least 3
take-offs and 3 landings on the class or type within the previous 90 days.
6.3.5.3 VFR flight without sight of the ground
11.4 Unless the flight crew members hold a valid instrument certificate, VFR
flight without sight of the ground may only be performed by commanders who
have at least 150 hours of flight time as a pilot. Of this, at least 75 hours must
have been in an aeroplane.
6.3.5.4 VFR Night Flight
11.5 Unless the flight crew members hold a valid instrument certificate, the
