Start with 2 balls of white sugar
paste approx. 3cm and 2cm. These
will be the body and head of ghost
so check they are in proportion.
Using the small end of a ball tool
make a hole for the mouth.
Push 2 small black fondant balls into
the eye holes.
Roll each ball in your hand to make a
small cone and thin one end.
Making your hands in to a “V” shape,
roll the balls into a cone shape.
Do the same and make a hole for
each eye.
Attach the head to the body with
edible glue.
Attach the arms to the body with
edible glue. Your ghost is now ready
to pop on top of your iced cupcake.
Using your thumb and finger “flick”

in one direction, head in the other
direction.
Using the pointed end of the stitch
tool put 2 creases at the side of
each eye.
Roll 2 same size, small balls of white
sugar paste.
Cauldron
Start with some brightly coloured
green sugar paste. Roll into small
balls of different sizes. You will
need approx. 25-30 balls to fill the
cauldron. Set these aside on a foam
drying tray.
Using the large end of a ball tool,
push the centre in just a little bit
