fire? There are various interpretations among bible scholars

in reference to this scripture. However, I do understand this
passage clearly. John the Baptist gave the baptism of water,

but Jesus gives the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Fire.
We already know what the baptism of the Holy Spirit is.

What remains is the Baptism of the Fire. This is the anointing
of the Holy Spirit and points to the fire of the Holy Spirit as

             well.
John the Baptist possessed substantial understanding of the

Holy Spirit’s fire. He knew that Je-sus would baptize us in
the Holy Spirit and Fire. As the baptism of the Holy Spirit is

greater than the water baptism, the baptism of Fire is greater
than the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

There are many differing views about the Baptism of the
Holy Spirit and the baptism of Fire. As the water baptism is

different from the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the Baptism of
the Holy Spirit differs from the Baptism of Fire. The Baptism

of the Holy Spirit is important, but the Baptism of the Fire is
of even greater importance. As the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

gives God’s grace and brings about changes in a life with
spiritual power, the Baptism of Fire has even greater grace,

             glory and power.
This baptism of Fire can be expressed as a Fire of the Holy
