days in a year, is because Jesus still bleeds for the sinners.

               2) Must be Holy and Pure

Through the Tabernacle, we become more pure and holy.
Animals led to the tabernacle were all slain. The animals’

blood had to be poured out be-fore being placed upon the
altar. Each animal must be put to death before becoming

a burnt of-fering. There would be a significant impact in
worship, if the animal is not completely dead. The animals

must be slain. The dead animals represent the need for the
death of our flesh-ego. If our ego is not dead, we will not be

able to offer up a true worship.
Hands were laid on the animals that were brought to the

Altar of burnt offerings. It was not the priest who laid the
hands on the animal, but the person who was offering the

animal were to lay the hands on the animal.

“The elders of the community are to lay their hands on
the bull’s head before the LORD, and the bull shall be

slaughtered before the LORD.” (Leviticus 4:15)
