Listening is Not Easy Work

                   Ask any counselor, disgruntled teenager, employee, or customer.  You will
                   find the most common complaint is “They don’t take time to listen.”

                   It DOES take time, it takes practice, and it takes a conscious effort to
                   improve listening skills.  But it’s worth every minute of effort, because
                   everyone loves a good listener.
