Figure 2 shows the findings for the statement of the online gamification system improves my learning
performance among the respondents. Multiple Likert scale questions were used in this research where
a 1-5 scale was used as the indicator (1: Strongly disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Neutral, 4: Agree, 5:
Strongly Agree). The findings show that 61.1% (n=33) of the respondents agreed with this statement
followed by 35.2% (n=19) strongly agree, and 3.7% (n=2) were neutral toward this statement of
online gamification system improves my learning performance among the respondents. From the results,
it can be generalised that the majority of the respondents prefer to employ an online gamification
system as it improves their learning performance progressively.

Figure 3 demonstrates the findings for the statement of the online gamification system increases my
learning outcome among the respondents. Multiple Likert scale questions were used in this research
where a 1-5 scale was used as the indicator (1: Strongly disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Neutral, 4: Agree, 5:
Strongly Agree). The findings show that 64.8% (n=35) of the respondents agreed with this statement
followed by 29.6% (n=16) strongly agree, and 5.6% (n=3) were neutral toward this statement of online
gamification system increases my learning outcome among the respondents. From the results, it can be
generalised that the majority of the respondents prefer to employ an online gamification system as it
increases their learning outcome tremendously.
