and Olive Tapenade Tart
1/2 cup green olives
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
1/2 cup black olives (200 degrees Celsius) and line a baking
tray with parchment paper.
1 clove garlic
In a food processor or with a hand
1/2 teaspoon thyme blender, blitz the olives, garlic, thyme,
olive oil, and vinegar together to form the
4 teaspoons Olive Oil
tapenade.
1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar

UROO SXϑ SDVWU\ parchment paper and, with a knife, score
a two-centimeter border around the
4 vine tomatoes/ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, pastry so it looks somewhat like a picture
sliced frame.
1/2 cup chopped mozzarella Spread the tapenade inside the border
1 small red onion, sliced of the pastry and layer the tomatoes,
mozzarella, and onion over.
fresh basil, to garnish (optional)
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the sides
of the pastry turn golden. Remove from
oven and serve warm.
