               SDFNDJH &DXOLÀRZHU *QRFFKL               Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
                                                        Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with
             2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved            parchment paper or nonstick spray.

             8 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
                                                        Add gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, and
             3 tablespoons Olive Oil                    mushrooms to the pan. Toss with olive
                                                        oil, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste,
             kosher salt, to taste                      and Italian seasoning until evenly
                                                        combined. Spread into a single layer
             black pepper, to taste                     and roast for 30 minutes, tossing once
                                                        halfway through the cook.
             2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
                                                        Remove the pan from the oven and
             2 cups fresh arugula or spinach
                                                        stir in arugula and basil. Top with
             1/4 cup fresh basil                        parmesan and serve.Remove from
                                                        oven and serve warm.
             grated parmesan, for serving
