Spouse Surcharge Reminder
If your spouse is on the Wiese health plan and waives full coverage available to them through their employer,
you are subject to an additional $60 per week surcharge. During the online benefits enrollment, team
members who have spouses on the health plan will be asked to elect or decline this surcharge if applicable.
