Life and Disability
Insurance—Mutual of
Omaha
Basic Life and Accidental Death
and Dismemberment (AD&D)
The company automatically provides you
a benefit of two times your earnings up to
a maximum of $200,000, at no cost to you,
for life insurance and accidental death and
dismemberment insurance.
Short Term Disability (STD)
(Available to hourly team members)
In the event you are unable to work for a short
period of time, you are eligible for STD at
no cost to you. You may receive 60% of your
weekly earnings up to $2,308 per week. There
is a waiting period of 7 days for accidents and
sickness, after the 7 days is met, the plan will
begin to pay for a period of up to 25 weeks.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
The company provides long term disability (LTD)
insurance to offer you financial assistance in the
event you are unable to work for an extended
period of time. The plan covers 60% of your pre-
disability earnings. The maximum benefit of base
coverage is $10,000 monthly.
Employee Assistance
Program (EAP)
The EAP provides counseling to team members and their
families. Free confidential assistance is just a phone call
away 800.356.0845. Free confidential services include
help with personal problems, coping, marital problems,
career concerns, legal matters, financial matters, abuse
issues, alcohol and chemical dependencies, college
planning, daycare issues, and much more.
Service Award Program
Wiese recognizes milestone anniversaries in 5-year
increments. Certificate and Gift brochure for you!
Retirement Program
When you retire, Wiese is honored to recognize your
years of service as well with a Certificate and Gift
brochure.
Tool Insurance for
Technicians
Protect your tools with a documented inventory sheet.
Wiese will reimburse your tools up to $10K per incident.
Financial Peace University
All Team Members are eligible for this benefit. Financial
Peace is great for managing finances, good money
habits, reducing stress, and family struggles, etc. Wiese
will reimburse your fees for materials once course is
