Combat Kick Boxing


          Drill Four
          Spar against two or more attackers. Even if you are a kick boxer the problems of
          defending from two or more sides will test the best of you. Work with constant
          motion in mind – hit, move, grab, turn and sweep. (Fig. 221)

          As in Drill Three, start with punches, kicks above the waist and boot-to-boot
          sweeping. Gradually add the extra elements – leg kicks, elbows, knees and throws
          as your ability to cope increases.
            Once again, things can easily get out of hand so have someone to monitor the
          action and control it if necessary.
