Train for the Game


           Drill Seven
           Ground Defence. Pad up for sparring and lie on the ground in the centre of the
           ring. Have two opponents pad up and for a two-minute round try and regain
           your feet whilst they attack you. (Fig. 224)

           Get to your feet fast and try to keep them in your line of sight. At all costs do not
           allow them to grab you or position themselves on either side of you. This is an
           exhausting experience. Try two rounds of two minutes to begin with. Now try
           the drill again with three opponents!
