               3.1.5 Flexible Learning
Excerpts from Executive Order No. 03, Series of 2021 and IFSU Board Resolution No. 61, Series of
               2020

Pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order No. 04, series of 2020 re:
Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning and to IFSU Board
Resolution No. 61, s. 2020 titled; A Resolution Approving the Adoption of Flexible
Learning Strategy/ Approach and in adherence to Executive Order No. 33, series
of 2020, the Ifugao State University has crafted a Learning Continuity Plan (LCP)
which reflects the framework and system for the integration of flexible learning
approach and the University's preparedness and response intervention that
reduces disruption of classes and impact of natural calamities, making continuity
of learning in IFSU more resilient.

MODALITIES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FLEXIBLE LEARNING
Modalities refer to the ways that instruction is delivered to the students in
flexible learning. Various learning modalities in implementing flexible learning
strategies include technology, content/learning materials, modes, assessment and
support services. Modalities are dependent on the level of technology to be used
for the delivery of programs based on internet connectivity of students. Various
modalities are to be used considering the conditions at IFSU where internet access
by students are categorized as poor or no internet connectivity and from slow to
                       excellent connectivity.
