EVALUATION PLAN
Are we on track?
Plan Implementation
The successful implementation of the plan fully relies on the various units of the
University, from the Office of the President down through the offices of the Vice Presidents,
Campus Executive Directors, the Colleges and Departments and the united efforts of all
individual employees and stakeholders of the University.
Monitoring and Evaluation
The Office of the Vice President for Planning, Finance and Resource Generation,
and the Department of Planning and Information Management, are primarily responsible
for monitoring the headline indicators (organizational outcomes and output indicators).
The DPIM is responsible in preparing an M&E Report periodically based from the M&E Plan
covering the period 2019-2022 (Please see Annex B).
