will evaluate all qualified team members/applicants with a disability to ensure that reasonable
              accommodation is offered and that Jack and Jill Children’s Center remains in compliance with
              ADA/ADAAA.

              The Finance Department is responsible to ensure that reasonable accommodation is offered to
              a qualified team member/applicant who can perform the essential functions of the job. Any
              questions  regarding  the  ability  of  Jack  and  Jill  Children’s  Center  to  make  reasonable
              accommodation for a team member/applicant with a disability are to be directed to the Finance
              Department.

              Any individual who feels that he or she may have a disability discrimination issue is strongly
              encouraged to immediately contact his or her supervisor or any other member of the leadership
              team. Anyone notified or alleged disability discrimination is required to bring the matter to
              immediate attention of the Chief Executive Officer.
