will include clothing up to size youth 10-12, food, shoes, educational toys, books and furniture.
Jack & Jill Children’s Center team member has established these policies to ensure the adequate
administration and distribution of the selected goods in a cost effective and systematic way. The
suitable administration of these donations will maximize strategies to acquire absent resources

accepting all in-kind donations. A donation receipt will be filled out prior to accepting
donations. Donations that will not be allowed include: helmets, car seats, stuffed animals, used
undergarments, comforters, and pillows. Acceptable donations will be reported and classified
into categories. Jack & Jill Children’s Center Family Strengthening Team will maintain an in-kind
wish list of items. Accepted gift items received will be distributed to the families in need that
attend the Center. Unneeded items by the organization will be redistributed to the community.
