Team member Duties are Fairly Shared
In order to maintain good relationships among team member members using a team
based approach, we promote team member share duties in a fir and consistent manner.
The term “sharing fairly” means: “A similar amount of effort of work is put into meeting
the carious needs of the children by various team member members”.
Team-based approach
Teamwork is defined as a joint action by two or more people in a group, in which each
person contributes with different skills and expresses his or her individual interests and
opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group in order to achieve common goals.
Individuals are committed to their mission and are highly motivated to using their energy
and expertise to achieve a common objective. Teamwork in the workplace is subject to
many challenges as different personalities, talents, expertise, values, and working styles
are merged together.
Every team effort includes and takes into consideration the skills, abilities, and interests
of the various team members, as well as the organization of the team (job descriptions).
Each team member contributes his/her own particular interests and areas of expertise,
including new ideas from early childhood education courses.
