              The Department Director will select Candidates for interview from the applications received for
              the position.  Candidates will be interviewed by the immediate supervisor of the position.  Peer
              groups will also be involved in the interview process and will recommend the candidate to fill
              the vacant position and submit the recommendation to the hiring Director. The supervisor will
              determine the final recommendation of the candidate to fill the position and submit her or his
              recommendation to the Chief Executive Officer. All hiring is subject to the approval of the Chief
              Executive Officer.
