POLICY: TEAM MEMBER ASSIGMENTS Policy #14

Team members will be assigned to a position for which they are qualified, based on the needs
of the Center in an effort to provide services of the highest quality and efficiency, and to maintain
compliance with Broward County Child Care Licensing Department.
The Jack & Jill Children’s Center leadership team will make team member Assignments in its
sole discretion. A team member’s Assignment includes, position, pay, scheduled hours and
location.
Jack & Jill Children’s Center reserves the right to change a team member’s assignment at any
time to continue to meet the needs of the Center and to maintain compliance with Broward
County Child Care Licensing Department.
Team members will be required to work overtime or alternate schedules as assigned by a
Supervisor, Director, Chief Executive Officer. Team members will be given as much notice as
possible when changes to their normal work schedule are made.
Team members who refuse re-assignment will be subject to disciplinary action up to and
including termination.
