AWARENESS
• Am I fearful? - I get mad easily; I forward all messages I receive; I complain frequently;
I spread emotions related to fear and anger; I grab food; toilet paper and medications
that I don’t need.
• Am I learning? - I recognize that we are all trying to do our best; I evaluate information
before spreading something false; I become aware of the situation and think how to act;
I identify my emotions; I stop compulsively consuming what hurts me; from food to
news; I start to give up what I can’t controls.
• Am I growing? - I practice quietude; patience; relationships and creativity; I look for
a way to adapt to new changes; I keep a happy emotional state and spread hope;
I thank and appreciate others; I am empathetic with myself and with others; I live in
the present and focus on the future; I make my talents available to those who need
them; I think of the others and see how to help them.
How can I move from the fear zone into the learning
and growing zones?
Here are a few techniques:
• Taking care of your body
• Taking care of your mental health
• Finding ways to reduce your stress, including strengthening your spiritual health
• Having stewardship over your finances
• Connecting with your family members and observing changes in behavior
With this in mind let us look at resources to assist with each area.
