                    In  this  chapter  we  want  to  talk  about

             physical fitness. Physical fitness is one of the keys

             to enjoying a long and happy life. I’d like to take a
             moment and look at how we developed as creatures

             over the last one or two million years. During that

             time, we basically walked wherever we went. There
             were  no  other  means  of  transportation.  We

             occasionally  ran  either  to  escape  from  danger  or

             perhaps in pursuit of hunting prey. Perhaps people
             ran during warfare times, to escape danger or even

             for  play  and  recreation.  In  addition,  during  that
             time, there was no soda or other junk foods such

             as  candy.  So  basically,  when  we  were  thirsty  we

             drank  water,  and  when  hungry  you  would  eat
             fruits, berries, or game. Those food items would be

             rich  in  vitamins  and  minerals  unlike  junk  or
