your  likelihood  of  suffering  from  cardiovascular

             disease and cancers which are the number one and

             number two causes of death in America. Likewise,
             exercise has been shown to prevent and cure type 2

             diabetes. Diabetes is a common cause of death and

             the  number  one  cause  of  blindness  and
             amputations.  And  there  are  numerous  other

             benefits that flow from keeping yourself physically

             fit, strong, and healthy. Once fit, you will enjoy the
             probability  of  greater  longevity.  If  you  live  an

             additional  ten  or  twenty  years,  your  investments

             can  double  a  couple  of  times  more,  making  you
             perhaps four times as wealthy. So it’s a win-win-win

             situation. We encourage everyone to be as physically

             fit as they would like to be. Here are several types of
             fitness.

                    There  are  a  number  of  different  kinds  of
             fitness. I’ll name just five of them and will say a few

             words about each kind.


             They are the following:


             1. Aerobic fitness


             2. Strength fitness


             3. Flexibility
