               Let’s take a look at each type.



                            Aerobic Fitness
               One type of fitness is aerobic fitness. Aerobic

        fitness  produces  what  is  known  as  the  training

        effect. Aerobic exercises are those that cause you to
        breathe faster and your heart beat faster and last

        longer  than  ten  minutes.  They  cause  a  dramatic
        increase in your heart rate. And those things go to

        produce  the  training  effect.  That  training  effect

        changes  your  body  over  time  so  that  oxygen  is
        quickly brought to your muscles preventing fatigue

        and  enabling  you  to  perform  for  hours.    Aerobic

        means  with  air.  And  oxygen  is  essential  for  our
        muscles  to  work  or  even  live.  Aerobic  exercises

        would  include  these:  running,  walking  (at  a  brisk
        pace), basketball, soccer, swimming (at a brisk pace),

        bicycling,  vigorous  dance  classes,  or  aerobics

        classes. Aerobic exercises would also include using
        machines  at  gyms  such  as  treadmills  or  stair

        masters or exercise cycles. All these can cause you

        to work at a high level and in excess of ten minutes,
