        may  be  the  best  drink  for  us.  And  that  exercise

        such as walking is part of what we do in order to
        stay strong and healthy. While living in a modern

        society, it often isn’t necessary to do exercise, yet

        our bodies still demand it and benefits from it. It
        makes  sense  that  our  body  would  benefit  from

        doing exercise on a regular basis such as walking

        and  probably  drinking  water  as  our  beverage  of
        choice.  Exercise  keeps  our  body  working  well.  It

        keeps us strong and prepared to meet emergencies

        or danger. When people cannot exercise or move
        due to accident or illness, their bodies break down

        and weaken fairly quickly.

             If  you  want  to  enjoy  your  life,  it  is  absolutely
        essential that you be physically fit. It’s not too hard

        to do. In fact, it can be a very enjoyable enterprise
        because you can exercise by playing a sport or game

        that you love and enjoy. And there are many, many

        benefits. When you are fit you look better, and you
        have greater abilities because you are stronger. You

        have  greater  endurance.  You  become  injured  less

        often. You will be safer because when you are strong,
        fewer  people  will  seek  to  victimize  you.  You  enjoy

        better  health.  Exercise  has  been  shown  to  reduce
