        get into the race, but not all can get in. People love

        to be fit and to train. Once fit, few people wish to
        become unfit. Being fit simply feels great! When I’m

        fit, which is most of the time over the past 50 years

        there  is  nothing  I  would  rather  do  then  go  into
        Rockefeller State Park and run 8 miles or so on the

        hilly horse trails. It is not always easy but is always

        a great thing and makes for a great day.
               Dr. Cooper went so far as to say that if you

        didn’t have aerobic fitness, you were not fit. Even if

        you had big strong muscles, you would probably tire
        very quickly if you didn’t also have aerobic fitness in

        addition to those big strong muscles.

               Aerobic  fitness  is  phenomenal  because  it
        enables you to do two or three things at the same

        time.  For  example,  I  love  running.  And  I  love
        swimming. So when I’m exercising, I’m also doing

        something  that  I  love  doing.  I’m  also  developing

        aerobic  fitness  and  getting  all  the  benefits  of  that
        training  effect.  At  the  same  time,  I’m  also

        strengthening the muscles involved in that exercise,

        keeping extra weight off, enjoying the outdoors, and
        more.
