On December 16th 2015 Shkreli was arrested on charges of
securities fraud and conspiracy and released on $5m bail.
One of his companies, KaloBios Pharmaceuticals Inc., fired
him on the same day and the day after he resigned from
another, Turing Pharmaceuticals.
