was based on Ultra Violet irradiation. Moreover, where the

best products on the market could process 12,000 litres of
water an hour his could process 50,000, killing all known

pathogens. Litan painted a picture of selling his product to

India where he had contacts in the Government and

provided an example of this in terms of a city 'City A' in India
with a population of seven million.

need answered:

1: What business do you see the company being in?

You seem to be collecting patents but how are they to be
commercialised and exploited?

Are you going to manufacture these items or what?

2: What is your relationship with the Russian Scientists?
How did you meet them and what say do they have over the

operations of E-ATS? How do you see this relationship

developing?

Have you arranged for the assignment of the contracts with
all concerned?

3: What is your relationship with the Scientist in Leeds?

How did you meet him and what does he offer the company

in exchange for the shares you have given him? Moreover ,
what is he going to do in the future?
