The Chinese domestic tourist market benefits from the large

population and in recent decades, from the changes in

domestic traveling which enhances employment,

consumption and economic development of the country.

become the largest travel destination and the fourth largest

source country by 2020. In that year, there will be 137.10

million international travellers to the country, taking up 8.6% of

the global share, and 100 million outbound Chinese visitors,

“People who steal toilet paper are greedy and selfish,” He
Zhiqiang of the Temple of Heaven religious park told

reporters in Beijing, “because they are stealing a public

resource. We have supplied free toilet paper in our public

restrooms for the past ten years, but local residents keep

taking it for their personal use, and our supplies are quickly

exhausted. So, in despair we have turned to the latest hi-
