Team Building

Chase had succeeded in building a strong team. One that

with growth started the process of acquisitions. However,

with the introduction of Langholm capital a new team

structure emerged e.g., Milner and new professional

managers who had a different business agenda to that of

Chase.

Expertise

Chase had an extensive family business background in the

potato and farming business. This expertise was to stand

him in good stead when he came to build Tyrrells Chips.

However, to take the company to a global brand required

more than Chase had to offer.
