The Focus Case Study: Tyrrells Chips & Chase Distillery

To help focus on case analysis and solution generation case

studies are used throughout the Case Lab and supplemented

by further content and business case studies contained in the

business e-resource bookcase. In addition, a number of short
case studies are called upon for illustrative purposes and

embedded in appropriate chapters/books in the e-Resource

Bookcase.

Two case studies which form a longitudinal study are drawn
upon within the Case Lab

- Tyrrells Chips and

- Chase Distillery

both of which help illustrate the establishment, growth and

development of businesses and the problems they confront

during their quest for success.

In addition, a worked case study example in e-sesource

format -BrewDog- is also developed in the e-resource

Bookcase.
