capabilities, financial ratios, Ansoff Matrix, etc.
Don’t Ignore Other Diagnostic Tools
SWOT is only one tool in the arsenal available to you, do not see it as cast in stone.
Do not ignore the process element of case analysis. Different cases may require a
different approach but essentially will contain most elements of these systematic
approaches in one form or another.
