SWOT
Essentially a case is a story comprising multiple elements. In a sense a puzzle with multiple pieces none
of which have a straight edge. Solving this kind of puzzle is difficult but a SWOT analysis can be a good
step on the way.

SWOT should not be cast in stone. It has serious limitations but it does also have great advantages not
the least of which is its ability to allow the user to enumerate factors that are critical to the organisation.
