STRUCTURE & CONTROL
Analyze structure and control systems. The aim of this

analysis is to identify what structure and control systems the

company is using to implement its strategy and to evaluate

whether that structure is the appropriate one for the

company

SWOT
Once the timeline is completed, the SWOT analysis can be
built. Each identified element in the timeline may be

assessed in terms of a SWOT e.g. a functional analysis of the

organisation showing where the organisation is strong or

weak should be undertaken.Likewise an assessment of the

external environment with its opportunities and threats

should be carried out.
