COMPANY HISTORY
Analyze the company's history, development, and growth. A

convenient way to investigate how a company's past strategy

and structure affect it in the present is to chart the critical

incidents in its history - that is, the events that were the most

unusual or the most essential for its development into the

company it is today.

ENVIRONMENT
The term environment encompasses both the internal and

external environments analysis of which helps to identify the
organisation’s internal strengths and weaknesses and

external opportunities and threats.

STRATEGY
To analyze an organisation’s strategy, you first need to
define the company's mission and goals. Then determine the

organisation’s corporate strategy. This latter will include

factors such as its

line(s) of business

nature of its subsidiaries and
acquisitions.
