Company analysis helps show where an organisation is
strong or weak and how well it is positioned to meet the
challenges of the future.
Diagnostic tools allow you to better understand specific
organisational issues in different situations and contexts.
These tools can be applied to different cases and contribute
to the solution mosaic.
Four areas should be addressed,
organisational history,
the environment both internal and external, organisation
strategy and
organisational structure
