applied on commercial properties. Concisely,
the amount of research focus on such
approaches is very limited. Heritage buildings
considered as an indispensable component of
the environment. The key agents contributing
to its deterioration are solar radiations, winds,
moisture that result in the physical weathering
of the site. Therefore, it is now well
established that the heritage value quotient at
the built sites is being reduced due to the
environmental factors viz., societal (a.k.a.
socio-cultural/community), economic (a.k.a.
financial/ monetary) and environmental (a.k.a.
ecological).
