certified by an accredited certification body

verifiable commitment to quality and safety
within the marketplace.
• Settled Discrepancies. When a company has
a disagreement with an accredited certification
body on a nonconformity, it can be confident
that it will have a fair and thorough appeals
process. The oversight body makes sure
appeals are escalated and properly addressed
