      •   Certification   with   Credentials.   Getting
          certified  by  an  accredited  certification  body
          provides  certification  with  credentials.  It  is  not
          just  a  piece  of paper that any other company
          can  provide  after  an  inspection  or  audit.
          Companies can rest  assured knowing that their
          suppliers,  like  their  certification  body,  have
          been   held   to   the   highest   standards,
          competency  and  practices  to  establish  a
          verifiable  commitment  to  quality  and  safety
          within the marketplace.

        •  Settled Discrepancies. When a company has
          a  disagreement with an accredited certification
          body  on  a  nonconformity,  it  can  be  confident
          that  it  will  have  a  fair  and  thorough  appeals
          process.  The  oversight  body  makes  sure
          appeals  are escalated and properly addressed
