          communication   skills   in   effectively   and
          appropriately  interacting  and  communicating
          with management and employees.

      •   Response  to  nonconformities.  Noncon-
          formities  identified  during  a  certification  audit
          must be resolved with root cause analysis and
          preventative  actions  prior  to  certification.  The
          nonconformities  are  then  reviewed  by  the
          accredited  certification  body  for  completeness
          and evidence of implementation. Effectiveness
          of the corrective action is reviewed at the next
          on-site audit. Throughout the certification cycle,
          all  nonconformities  must  be  answered  to  the
          satisfaction of the certification body.
