Dental care health insurance or employee benefit plans must establish a website
with resources for dentists; insureds; patients; employees and members

Website must contain plan or policy information for patients and dentists to

determine:

• The type of covered dental care services;

• The percentage of allowed charges for a covered services that will be
paid/reimbursed under the policy/plan; and

• An estimated the amount of the payment/ reimbursement to the dentist for
the service

Information must be accessible at no charge
