               % OF SELF-PERFORMED WORK      IMPROVED ATHLETICS Athletics are a critical component of
                                    60%      the St. Rita experience for students and alumni. In 2018, St. Rita’s
                                             opened a new FGM Architects-designed fitness training center
                                             for student athletes. This state-of-art facility is sited adjacent to
                                             the McCarthy Center and features a weight and conditioning
                                             room that includes free weights as well as cable and Hammer
                                             Strength machines. The fitness center also supports cardio and
                                             aerobics training, including a large space for kinetic exercise. A
                                             rubber sports floor supports all activities with expansive glass
                                             windows that allow athletes to look out on the playing fields.
