P. 24

Moving forward into FY23, our positive momentum continues with strong backlog and many great new
projects to allow us to continue to build upon our expertise. There continues to be a significant
amount of work available in the market for us to pursue as well. As mentioned above, we are winning
our share of these opportunities at a high rate, and we continue to keep existing client satisfaction high
as our existing clients are giving us more and more work. Great job everyone in keeping our clients
               happy!

While keeping one eye on our recent successes in our workload growth and properly staffing our
teams for success with this growth, we are also watching the economy and some of the market
volatility across the country. There are a variety of indicators that are predicting slowdowns in the
market, and we are paying attention. While we cannot control what happens in the economy, we can
better position ourselves to be less averse to downturns. Our Chairman/CEO report has addressed
areas our Leadership Team has initialized to assist us in positioning the firm.

               COMMITTEES, BIM, APPLICATIONS, AND IT

Committees at FGMA have a vital role in shaping policy, standards and procedures for many of the
strategic and operational goals identified in our strategic planning efforts. We are pleased to report
that committees have moved the needle forward again for FGMA in FY22. There have been so many
great accomplishments throughout the year that it is difficult to summarize in a few words. Thank you
to all committee members for the tireless work you have all completed throughout the year. I have
               attempted to summarize below:
