someone who creates and nurtures relationships with FGMA clients and potential clients by talking
about FGMA! We want every team member to have the tools and the knowledge to share our
message loud and proud – We Build Community.

               CORPORATE STRATEGIC HIRES IN FY22

In FY22, there were many investments in additional team expertise in all of our Regions to support the
continued growth and position ourselves for added growth. Each of these additions will be included
in the Managing Director and Practice Area reports. Along with those key hires, we also made big
strides in moving the needle on our strategic plan initiatives which included new hires.

As stated in the above graphic in the Design and Delivery section of our 2020 Strategic Plan, we had
identified raising the quality of our design as well as fully integrate sustainability, resiliency and
wellness into our work by 2025. In FY22, we were successful in acquiring two talented individuals,
Leonard Debickero and Lucy Williams, who will assist us in succeeding at these two areas of our
               Strategic Plan.

As the Technical Director, Leonard Debickero has been doing a
tremendous job on assisting in the improvement of our overall
quality of documentation and I will highlight just a few of the many
areas he has brought to us. He spent much of the first few months
reviewing current systems, standards and processes to familiarize
himself with the FGMA way as established. He has visited all offices
to meet and greet the staff to introduce himself, listen, learn and
understand their thoughts, likes and concerns. Working remotely,
Leonard felt this was critical to establish personal relationships with
staff and show he is here as a resource and mentor. Leonard has
quickly been included in the various committees including TAG
where he is heavily involved with the content which is right in line
