Austin Stone Northwest Campus Renovation

Construction on the Austin Stone Church’s existing North Campus Worship Facility continues as we
wrapped up a Phase 1 renovation in the fall and are currently working on erecting steel for their new
lobby addition. The project will re-orient the entry to the church, opening to a large central courtyard.
The project has been on-going as the church continues use of a 500 seat auditorium that is in the
center of it all every Sunday morning. FGMA is also working on children’s theming & furniture for the
new space.

Grace Covenant Church Classroom Building-
We are updating the site development plan for the campus and schematic design for two new
buildings: A 3-story Education Building serving youth, adults, and disaster relief support, and a 2-story
Fellowship Hall and Wedding Chapel. We are also likely to be working this year on an interiors
renovation of the existing Worship Building that we designed 17 years ago, and another renovation of
an existing 3 floor youth assembly space. 5 and 6 projects for this client since 2006.
