The expansion continued at the WJE
corporate campus with the on-going
construction of the Technical Center. This
$22.0 million facility combines a variety of
laboratory, office, a large structural testing
lab, and a new link between buildings to be
used as an entry, gathering space, and
corporate museum. With leadership from
Augie Battaglia, Andy Jasek, and Troy Kerr,
the completed project is expected to be
complete in March of this year.

AKA – Alpha Kappa Alpha Corporate Headquarters:

After FGM completed the design for the world headquarters for the largest African American
female sorority construction began to realize the finished product. Dan Purpura and Carol Stolt
led the FGM team to achieve the project goals of improving workflow and departmental
adjacencies while modernizing the environment. The facility was completed in the fall and is now
fully occupied.

MotoMart:

FGM has enjoyed a 20+ year
relationship with the St, Louis area
convenient store chain. Building
renovations and additions to
accommodate new services
and car washes have been
steady. Kevin Meyer continues
to provide excellent service to
the client and has positioned
FGM to implement new stores in
the coming year as the owner
adopts a new business model
and store prototype. Work is
underway on new stores and
renovations/additions to existing
stores, and our implementation of
projects is expected to continue
throughout 2018.
