New Project Wins:

               Wisper Internet:

FGM was selected to provide design expertise for Wisper Internet,
a wireless internet provider in southern Illinoi s and Missouri. The
growing company acquired an existing building that would allow
for improved workspace and future growth. Laura Severine and
Art Hayhurst combined to lead the FGM team to develop open,
flexible workspaces to respond to the needs of the tech
company. The 20,000 square foot space was designed to be
open and flexible with very few enclosed spaces. Teams function
in distinct work areas separated by minimal partitions and
screens. Collaborative areas, meeting space, break room, and
technician work space make up the balance of the building.

               Live Wire Construction:

In April, FGM began working with Live Wire Construction of Calumet City to develop a design to
renovate and expand their existing corporate office space. We proposed a concept to remove
the traditional office/cubical spaces and create open collaborative spaces for their project
managers, estimators, and administrative staff. Led by Scot Fairfield and Carol Stolt, the contract
has been signed on this 28,000 square foot renovation. Included in the design will be exterior
facade improvements, new storefront windows to assist with daylight harvesting for interior spaces,
the incorporation of brand graphics throughout the building and a company heritage wall.

               Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Expertise:

As the workplace evolves the needs of the employee change. Companies have begun to
understand the value of creating and maintaining space that addresses the physical and
emotional well-being of the employee. Carol Stolt became Well Building Accredited Professional
2017. This additional expertise, combined with our Resilient Design expertise, allows FGM to
respond to the changing needs of the workplace with specific expertise companies and
employees are demanding today and into the future.

               Financial Performance:
Significant projects like Aldi and WJE contributed to strong revenue performance in 2016. While
those projects continued into 2017 and there are more to come in 2018, the overall revenue for
2017 did decline. FY2017 revenue was $373,397 and represented 3.5% of the firm’s overall net
               revenue for the year.
