membership, as a way to help identify potential campus safety-related projects that might be of
                  interest to FGM.

              •   In  September  in  St.  Louis  Steve  Raskin  and  Annalise  Smith  attended  a  joint  CAPPA/MAPPA
                  conference which welcomed institutions from the Central and Midwest Regions of APPA (formerly
                  the  “Association  of  Physical  Plant  Administrators;”  now  “APPA:  Leadership  in  Educational
                  Facilities”).  States  represented  included  Missouri,  Illinois,  Indiana,  Iowa,  Michigan,  Minnesota,
                  Ohio, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas.

              Although the actual presentation occurred in October and, therefore, FY 2018, preparations for Steve
              Raskin  and  Carol  Stolt’s  speaking  engagement  at  the  Illinois  Community  College  Chief  Financial
              Officers (ICCCFO) Conference began in FY 2017. Entitled “A Look at Your Campus with Resilience in
              Mind,” the presentation provided an overview of Resilient Design and WELL Building Design along
              with specific strategies and examples that could be considered on college campuses.



































              FGM has been a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) for the last ten
              years, with a focus on the North Central Region, which includes Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin,
              Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and South Dakota, Joe
              Chronister  is  a  member  of  SCUP’s  North  Central  Regional  Council  and  chairs  the  Professional
              Development Committee.
