Goal 2: Proactive Pursuit of Clients.
FY16 UPDATE:
Top Ten Lists were developed for Northern, Southern and Missouri which are more targeted toward
existing relationships with people in districts that we have a connection to as having come from a
client.
Our continuing sponsorship of the IASA ISAL cohort has continued to lead to getting to know a
younger group of Superintendents.
Goal 3: Marketing and Collateral Material.
FY16 UPDATE:
Our marketing and collateral materials have continued to evolve as our message has been
refined based on feedback from prospective clients. We are focusing our attention on telling our
stories better in a targeted way to client’s needs.
Goal 4: Improve the PK-12 Design and Delivery Process.
FY16 UPDATE:
We are reigniting our PK-12 professional development efforts this year focusing on particular
processes and skills associated with the PK-12 practice area.
Also during FY16, we established four new committees to allow collaboration and idea generation
in efforts to strengthen and grow our practice in a more positive and sustainable way. The
committees include Strategic, Business Development, Operations and Thought
Leadership/Professional Development and each have begun to establish goals to inform our
market on best practices, new initiatives, stronger campaigns and overall success. We have
encouraged safe and open dialogue and the sharing of ideas with all members of the committees
and we like the development we have seen in these committees so far and look forward to their
future success.
