 Improve our ability to manage client expectations and increase business development
effectiveness by developing team member’s soft skills.

Team members participated in Counsellor Salesperson business development
training sessions held at FGM’s Oak Brook office last September.

 Strengthen Northern Region / Southern Region team integration and camaraderie.

We continue to look for opportunities to integrate municipal teams across regions
to develop deeper knowledge among our main project types. One recent
example would be the Edwardsville Combined Police & Fire Station. We
anticipate this opportunity continuing with the St. Peters Golf Clubhouse.
