of Cook County). This year we can add to the list the Village of Broadview police station, Village
of Mt. Prospect police station, City of Highwood City Hall conversion and Arlington Heights Park
District Olympic Park Recreation Center all of which have been delayed (and potentially
reduced in scope).

That being said – there is still much optimism for recent wins such as the Roxanna Village Hall,
Police Station & Fire Station; Sullivan FPD Station No. 1 renovation; St. Peters Golf Clubhouse and
Banquet Facility; and Wheeling Park District’s CRC renovation and addition to move forward
quickly.

Marketing labor and expense costs were essentially on target last fiscal year (and less than the
previous year’s budget by a combined $48,600), while net revenue remained steady compared
to last year.
