Prospect Park

After receipt of two OSLAD grants and successfully passing a referendum to purchase the former
11 acre Youth Campus property, the Park Ridge Park District implemented an FGM inspired
master plan to develop the site into Prospect Park. Goals of the $6,000,000 project included
relocating the District's Administrative offices into historic Wohlers Hall, constructing a new multi-
purpose building for program space and rentals, creating an interactive playground and
sprayground, developing a new athletic field and creating pathways for resident use.

Spanish Lake Fire Protection District
Fire House No. 1

FGM recently completed the final punch list for Fire House No. 1 in Northern St. Louis County.
Working with a very budget restricted Spanish Lake Fire Protection District, FGM delivered a
considerable addition and extensive interior renovation to an otherwise outdated and
underserving existing house. Being mindful of budget concerns and up against escalating
project costs, FGM provided the District with a house that not only serves the District’s immediate
needs of expanded and improved spaces but also one set up for possible future growth.
